Detailed itinerary

Day 1:

- The tour guide will pick you up from hotels in Dong Hoi City around 07:30 to 07:50. If you are staying in Phong Nha Town, pick-up will be around 08:45 to 09:00.

- 09:00: Depart to Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, with the first destination being Paradise Cave.

- 09:30: Journey from km 16 of the West branch of Ho Chi Minh Road, about 65km northwest of Dong Hoi city center, passing through the old forest canopy and the limestone mountains, to arrive at Paradise Cave. This cave is the longest dry cave in Asia and was discovered by British Royal explorers in 2005. It is renowned for its magnificent and magical beauty, earning it the nickname "Underground Palace".

- 09:45: Take the shuttle bus from the parking lot to the foot of the cave, approximately 2km away. Along the way, you will be surrounded by primeval forests with verdant, cool trees and the pleasant sounds of birds and cicadas.

- 10:00: Explore Pardise Cave - the longest dry cave in Asia. Experience a walk under the green canopy, climb over 500 steps to enter the cave, and enjoy a 1km walk on a wooden bridge to admire the unique stalactite system, illuminated with a LED light system.

- 12:00: Time for lunch.

- 13:30: Visit Dark Cave, a branch of Phong Nha Cave that is 5,258m long and 80m high. This pristine cave features thousands of diverse and unique stalactites and serves as a shelter for the Ha Tinh Langur, a primate species listed in the Red Book of Vietnam. Enjoy activities such as a 400m Zipline, 200m kayaking on the blue Chay River, a 100m walk on a wooden staircase, and a unique experience of wading and mud bathing in the cave, covering more than 300m.

- 16:00: Return to Phong Nha Town, check in at Discovery Lodge and have dinner at a restaurant. The Discovery Lodge is located in the heart of Phong Nha Town and offers diverse amenities as well as a large garden space situated next to the characteristic limestone mountains of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park.

Day 2:

- After breakfast at Discovery Lodge, you can freely cycle to relax and admire the beautiful scenery around Phong Nha Village in the morning.

- 12:30: Check out and have lunch in Phong Nha Town, enjoying traditional Vietnamese dishes.

- 13:30: Begin the journey to explore Phong Nha Cave, "The First Wonder". Board a boat upstream on the picturesque Son River, appreciate the natural scenery on both sides of the river, and experience the daily life of the riverside village.

- 14:00: Explore Phong Nha Cave, the longest water cave in Southeast Asia, and admire the spectacular limestone mountains, underground river system, and unique stalactites. Explore Co Tien & Cung Dinh caves to admire the beautiful stalactites created by nature over thousands of millennia, and feel the fresh and cool air as the boat enters the cave.

- 16:30: Bid farewell to Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park and return to Dong Hoi City.
