Setting off to Abandoned Valley, experience an unprecedented adventure at E Cave and Golden Cave. To hear the call of nature beckoning, you cannot miss this amazing trip. The trip's approximately 8-kilometer-long journey was designed by Phongnha Discovery. You will challenge yourself with adventurous activities and adventures. You will set foot in places you have never known before and talk to people you have never met but share the passion for exploration and enthusiasm flowing in your veins.
8:00-8:30 AM: Pick up from your accommodation at Phong Nha.
9:00 AM: Welcome to the Operations House. We will have a brief meeting to plan the trip: clarify rules - prepare equipment for the tour.
9:30 AM: Warm-up and start trekking Abandoned Valley. Begin the journey at Km19, walking through the jungle, rocky terrain about 3km. Immerse yourself in the natural scenery, rugged mountains, and the characteristic bamboo forest of Thung Tre (Tre Valley).
11:00 AM: Swim and paddle SUP to explore E Cave for a journey of 1.2-1.5km, the cave with the most beautiful turquoise water in Quang Binh.
12:00 PM: Lunch
1:00-3:00 PM: Participate in outdoor activities at the entrance of Hang E: SUP, snorkeling, water volleyball, water gun games...
3:00-3:30 PM: Afternoon snack with seasonal fruits, cookies, yogurt, tea, coffee...
3:30-5:00 PM: journey back 2.5km.
5:30 PM: Complete the journey.
Toast to celebrate the completion of the journey.
Transportation back to Phong Nha.
We will provide:
- Entrance fees to Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park
- Van tour transfer according to program, pick up/drop off at hotels in Phong Nha area
- Tax and environmental protection fees, ensuring natural resources
- Tour guide and porter assistance throughout the tour
- 01 Lunch and beverages
- Caving and camping equipment, including helmets, headlamps, gloves, and life jackets
- Military boots/sandals for jungle trekking (for guests without proper footwear, sizes 36-43)

You need to prepare:
- Light and quick-drying clothing:
- 1 set of trekking clothes, preferably with long sleeves to avoid insect bites
- 1 set of swimwear
- 1 set of spare clothes for after the trip (if needed)
- 1 pair of high-quality military hiking boots/sandals suitable for rugged terrains (DO NOT wear waterproof shoes as they do not have good water drainage)
- 1 pair of long and thick socks (avoid low-cut socks)
- 1 spacious backpack to hold your personal items: mosquito repellent, sunglasses, hat, camera, underwear, toiletries, sunscreen, and swimwear.

For guests staying in Dong Hoi area: It will be surcharged 1.100.000 VND/5-seater car/return way for extra transfer from Dong Hoi to our meeting point in Phong Nha and back way after the tour.
Please ensure that your fitness level is suitable for the following activities for the trip:
