How to make payment

The number of payment methods are available to you depending upon your payment option.

1. Online Payment:

Payment of tour, hotel accommodation, bus transport, car rental, etc (Hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) can be paid by credit card through Phongnhadiscovery's online payment system.

The following cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, ATM (Local cards)

This system is secure and operates in conjunction with OnePay.

A receipt will be sent to the e-mail address used when making the payment. You should keep this as proof of payment.

You are kindly requested to bring along with you your credit card used for the online payment and your passport/ID card to authenticate it at Phongnha Discovery offices before departure.

2. Payment by bank account transfer

It is possible to pay Services by direct transfer of money to Phongnha Discovery’s bank account.

The remitter/payer is responsible for paying any bank charges.

Payment of Services can be made in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or US Dollar (USD)
