After successfully booking a tour on https://phongnhadiscovery.com, a confirmation email will be sent confirming the tour booking and necessary information such as pick-up time, clothing to prepare, etc.

Cancellation Policy

1. Tour Cancellation from Phongnha Discovery Side

Phongnha Discovery has the right to cancel tours or adjust departure schedules in the following cases:

• If the destination officially announces a temporary suspension of receiving tourists due to force majeure conditions (such as the impact of weather, natural disasters, storms, floods...) after Phongnha Discovery has signed a contract with the customer. In such cases, Phongnha Discovery will immediately notify the customer and discuss suitable alternative solutions.

• If on the departure date, Phongnha Discovery determines that extreme weather conditions are extremely dangerous and pose significant risks (for example: natural disasters, flash floods, landslides, epidemics), a notification will be given to the customer and the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. We will also provide support and proposals to ensure the best possible result for the customer.

In the above cases, if the customer does not wish to take the tour, they will receive a 100% refund of the tour fee or can reschedule the tour to the next departure date, according to mutual agreement.

If Phongnha Discovery cannot execute the tour or service, we will notify the customer immediately and fully refund the tour expenses paid by the customer, by cash or bank transfer.

2. Tour Cancellation from Customer Side: some daily tours are canceled free of charge; private tours will incur service cancellation fees.

For Daily Tours:

• Cancellation 01 day before: No charge

• Cancellation within 01 day (24 hours) before departure: Charged 100%.

For Private Tours: 

• Cancellation from 1 to 7 days before departure: Charged 50% of the total tour cost

• Cancellation from 8 to 21 days before departure: Charged 20% of the total tour cost

• Cancellation from 21 days or more before departure: No charge

Some incurred expenses, such as visa fees, issued air tickets, or non-refundable deposits.

Tour cancellation must be officially notified in writing to the company via electronic letter, email, text message, or phone and must be confirmed by Phongnha Discovery.
