Price Policy

Phongnha Discovery announces service prices according to clear and transparent principles annually and will be updated directly on the website.

Prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND), unless the service page or quote clearly states another currency. If a reference price in foreign currency is displayed, the official payment amount and exchange rate/conversion rules must be notified before the customer confirms.

At the final step before booking a service or paying, the system must show at minimum:

Service name and quantity;
Departure date / usage date;
Unit price and price calculation method;
Mandatory taxes, fees, and surcharges;
Discounts, offer codes, or promotional benefits;
Total amount to be paid;
Deposit amount, remaining amount, and payment deadline, if any.
