Day 01: Hue – Vinh Moc Tunnels & Biking in Phong Nha – Staying at Discovery Lodge (L)
07:00: Pick up guests at hotels in Hue City
Phongnha Discovery Tours’ vehicle and English-speaking guide pick you up from your hotel in central Hue. Depart for Quang Tri and Quang Binh via the coastal route and National Highway 1A.
09:00 - 10:30: Visit Vinh Moc Tunnels, and Hien Luong Bridge & 17th Parallel (Quang Tri DMZ)
Explore the Vinh Moc Tunnels, a National Special Historical Relic and a powerful symbol of resilience during the Vietnam War. Discover the three-level underground tunnel system, learn about local life during wartime, and gain deep insights into Vietnam’s history and culture.
During the visit, you will have the opportunity to:
- Explore different levels of the tunnels, including air vents, living quarters, medical rooms, and meeting areas

12:30 - 13:30: Keeping going to Phong Nha - Ke Bang - a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. Having lunch at the Charmcharm Restaurant. Enjoy a relaxing lunch featuring local foods in a peaceful, green setting.
14:00 – 15:30: Biking to see Phong Nha village and countryside
16:00: Check-in at Discovery Lodge, overnight in Phong Nha
Day 02: Paradise Cave – Phong Nha Cave Tour (B, L)
Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel
08:45 - 09:00: Pick up guests from Discovery Lodge and drive to Paradise Cave - the longest dry cave in Asia
09:00 - 12:00: Visit Paradise Cave. Go by golf cart (1.6km) through the jungle, then climb to the mouth of the cave to see spectacular views before exploring 1 km on the wooden bridge inside the cave.
12:00 - 13:15: Traditional Vietnamese lunch at the CharmCharm restaurant. A vegetarian/Vegan option is available
13:15 - 16:00: Visit Phong Nha Cave. Take a 30-minute ride up the river to Phong Nha Cave via a traditional dragon boat. Inside the cave, the driver will turn off the motor to admire the cave's splendor. You will then explore 300m further into the cave on foot
16:00 - 17:30: Get back to Phong Nha village or Dong Hoi (hotels/train station)
