This recognition, announced by the Quang Binh Department of Tourism on July 17, 2024, marks a significant milestone in promoting the local tourism industry internationally.

Travel + Leisure magazine has curated a list of dream destinations encompassing Europe, Asia, and Africa, where natural beauty, culture, and architecture combine to offer unique experiences to tourists. Vietnam, particularly Quang Binh, is highlighted as an ideal tropical resort, with an abundance of caves, rivers, and streams waiting to be explored.

 The reasons behind Quang Binh's recognition stem from its exceptional features:

• Majestic cave system: Notably, Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, boasts impressive caves like Son Doong - the world's largest cave, Tu Lan caves system, a pristine cave with an underground river system, and Paradise cave, adorned with countless sparkling stalactites.
