Historical relic Tam Co Cave, also known as Cave of 8 Young Volunteers at km 16, Road 20 - Quyet Thang, Tan Trach commune, Bo Trach district (Quang Binh). This is one of the "fire coordinates" in the years 1971-1972.

That day, the platoon of 8 young volunteers moved into a small cave in the middle of the Truong Son mountain while on duty to avoid bombs. That 20-day road seemed to have been plowed, the mountains and forests shook, and when the dust and smoke cleared, people realized that the cave entrance had been filled. Teammates used many methods but still could not open a way out for the young volunteers. And so, after more than a week of hopeless digging, the last breath disappeared into nothingness. A special thing is that every time the martyrs' sacrifice day approaches, the banana tree in front of the cave grows eight bunches.

Nowadays every spring, many tourists come together to light incense sticks to commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for national independence.
